By engaging with this business in any capacity—whether as a client, customer, collaborator, or associate—you agree to adhere to all policies, procedures, pricing, and terms set forth by Danika Stiles Photography LLC.
.) The Photographer does not release RAW (unprocessed) image files under any circumstances. All delivered images will be provided in high-resolution, professionally edited JPEG format, consistent with the Photographer’s artistic standards and brand. This policy ensures the integrity of the Photographer’s work and maintains the quality of the final product.
.) Never screenshot your edited gallery, simply download or text me to ask how.
.) A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session and must be paid at the same time this contract is signed. Your booking is not confirmed until both the signed contract and the retainer have been received.
No dates will be held without both the signed agreement and retainer payment in place.
.) Should the client be more than 10 minutes late to any scheduled meeting or session, an automatic fee of $25 will be applied. If 20 minutes late the $25 fee will raise to $50. If the client is 30 mins late, the session will be cancelled with no refund. As time is a critical and valuable resource in this industry, this policy ensures the efficient use of both parties' time.
.) Should the client cancel a scheduled appointment without providing at least 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the original service price will be charged. (This does not include accidents, illness, or weather conditions). This policy is in place as the time reserved could have been allocated to another client, and the fee helps mitigate the impact of last-minute changes.
.) All photos are delivered as-is, and any requests for additional photos or re-editing beyond the initial agreement will incur a fee of $10 per photo, covering both the delivery and editing process.
.) Rescheduling requests can always be accommodated; however, after two instances of rescheduling, a fee of $50 will be applied to cover time and administrative management. This fee will be charged for any additional rescheduling beyond the third occurrence.
.) If the client requests that I travel to a location for a session, they will be responsible for covering all associated travel expenses, including the full original price of the session, flight costs, and travel plans. Depending on the distance of the location, the client may also be required to cover the cost of accommodation, such as a B&B or hotel, to ensure my stay is adequately arranged.
.) All photos, with the exception of boudoir sessions, may be posted on my social media pages and used in my portfolio for business growth and promotion, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
.) A refund may be requested if the client is unsatisfied with the photos, however only 25% of the refund will be returned. The link in which the gallery was sent through will be diminished and the client will be asked to delete the photos from their device. We will work together in a professional and kindly matter to resolve the issue.
.) PLEASE READ! If the client chooses to post photos on any social media platform, the photographer must be properly credited by tagging their official account. Additionally, no edits, filters, or alterations of any kind should be made to the images without prior CONSENT from the photographer. This includes stories, cover photos (Facebook), any and all posts made via Facebook, Instagram, or any other media the photographer may be acquainted with.
.) The photographer shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the session, whether to the client, guests, or property. The client assumes full responsibility for their safety and the safety of others during the session.
.) Payment for the session is due immediately upon completion of the shoot. The client agrees to settle the full balance at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
.) As your photographer, my role is to capture you as you are with professional skill, lighting, and composition. I do not offer body modification or physical alterations (e.g., slimming, reshaping, or retouching to change natural appearance). My editing services are limited to color correction, lighting adjustments, and basic retouching (e.g., blemish removal, flyaway hairs, etc.). A REFUND will NOT be given if you are unhappy with your physical appearance.
.) As your photographer, I am responsible for capturing moments as they naturally unfold. I am not responsible for the expressions, mood, or behavior of any child during a session. This includes (but is not limited to) crying, tantrums, lack of cooperation, or unflattering facial expressions.
.) Your gallery will be sent through a private DIGITAL link, and will be sent no longer than 2 weeks from when the session took place. However, wedding galleries may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
A retainer must be paid and a contract must be signed to save your date.
